E - Business Visa

Visa for Business is issued to travellers who intend to visit Indonesia for a maximum stay of 60 days for the purpose of NGO Meetings, NGO Seminar, NGO Training, Inspection, Workshop, Industry, Forestry, Mining, Commercial, , and other related Business. The Consular Affairs is authorized to issue a maximum stay of 60 days when requesting a Visit Visa regardless to the length of stay and the purpose of visit. A Single entry Business visa can be extended at the discretion of the Immigration Officer. Multiple entry visa maximum stay is 60 days for each visit during a period of 12 months and cannot be extended, renew and converted to any other type of visa.

Requirement From Applicant

• Scan passport (min passport validity 12 months)
• Medical/travel insurance
• Latest bank statement.
• Fully vaccinated certificate of Covid-19
• Pas photo with background color (Red, White or Blue)

Requirement From Sponsor

• Username and Password of VISA ONLINE application (if any).
• Company Letterhead
• Latest Company Bank Statement (Rekening Koran) min. balance equal to USD 10,000.
• Color scan of Notary Act of Company Establishment (Akta Notaris Pendirian Perusahaan) and any Following / Notary Act Change (Akta Notaris Perubahan) – if any.
• Color scan of Legalization of Notary Act Company Establishment (Pengesahan Akta Notaris dari Kemenkumham) and the Following / Change if any.
• Color scan of Tax Identification Number Card (NPWP)
• Color scan of Company Domicile (Surat Domisili/ Surat Keterangan Tempat Usaha (SKTU)).
• Color scan of Company License from OSS
• Color scan of Company Register Number (Nomor Induk Berusaha – NIB) from OSS
• Color Scan of Director or Commissioners ID Card (KTP Direktur atau Komisaris
